Best claim experience ever

My son was involved in an attempted hijacking and all his personal belongings was taken from the vehicle. I lodge a claim via the Discovery Insure app on my smart phone and by the next morning I already had a response from the insurance agent guiding me to provide the required missing details and documentation, This was followed up by a telephone call to confirm details, to offer trauma counselling and to explain to me what the next steps would be. The consultant, Vanessa Naidoo did an excellent job by completing my claim the same day, confirming values that will be settled and when the payment could be expected in my bank account. Needles to say, I have been with several insurance companies over the last 25 years, and this was the best experience ever when lodging a claim. To top this off, I received another call later in the afternoon from another gentleman at Discovery Insure offering trauma counselling services to my son, and should this be required in future, to just phone them and they will arrange for this, covered by my insurance policy already. Discovery, Vanessa, I salute you for the excellent service and the great customer experience that made all of this so much easier to deal with...
