I would like to acknowledge the high level of quality customer service I received from discovery regarding my car insurance and also thank and commend the following consultants: 1. Mpho Abel Mamaregane - Claims Administrator. On the 11th Feb 2020 I got involved in a car accident and reported it to discovery 3 hours later. Mpho was the administrator assigned to handle my claim and while on a call with him he booked my car to get assessed within the next 30 minutes and that turned out successfully. The following day before midday he confirmed panel beater booking for my car. He connects with clients and communicates in a polite and humble manner. Thank you very much Mpho

2. Portia Maphumolo - Recoveries consultant. This lady was the one handling the investigation following my car accident. Although in the beginning we could not see eye to eye as I was miraculously expecting to get quick feedback and not understanding the procedure, she stayed calm and made me understand how the procedure works and constantly gave me progressive feedback as to how far are they with the investigations. She handled the matter exceptionaly well to my level of satisfaction. Thank you very Portia.

3. Zunaid Joseph - 1st June 2020 I called in requesting an emergency car towing to the dealership and Zunaid arranged that for me with a blink of an eye. Even though my request was an hour and half before the dealership could close off for the day, he assisted me so quickly that my car made it to the dealership 30 min before they could close off. Thank you too Zunaid. I can safely say Discovery car Insure is the best decision one could ever make they are very helpful and do not ask unnecessary questions before they can assist. I even got R500 off my premium last month due to covid 19. Thank you Discovery
