Best call I have ever received from a call centre!

My interaction with Walter Mogale from the Sandton branch in connection with enhancing my Vitalitydrive benefits refers...

I have personally been in the Financial Services Industry as a Certified Financial Planner for 23 years now and have to say that this is one of the, if not THE most pleasant dealings I have ever had with a client contact centre person!

Not only was he friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable and helpful... He really went the extra mile to assist me and to enhance my benefits... and just to round it off even gave me his personal email information so that I could contact him if I ever needed more assistance!!

Well done Walter...you are a true Discovery ambassador. Management, this guy deserves an increase.. lol
