BEST 2020 Service

I got the best service this morning from Tankiso Hlalele from Discovery Insure. Firstly, when I called discovery, Tankiso greeted and quickly authenticated me and asked me how she could help me. I told her what my problem was and she told me I could either get my battery jumped started or towered to a battery centre. I was afraid of running late to work so she told me that I had unlimited "battery jump starts" for the year. This allowed me to get my car jump started instead of being towered to a Battery centre. As soon I opted for my car to be jumped started it took her less than 15mins to get me on the road to work and in time for my meeting. She even called back to find out if i was okay. It was not only the manner in which she assisted me but her warmth and way she calmed me down when I thought my day was ruined. Tankiso is such a professional and I felt so relieved with the manner in which she was assisting me. She loves what she does, even though I dont know her I felt it by the way she assisted me.
