Being victimised by insurance for being hi-jacked
On the 13th April 2015 I was the unfortunate victim of a hi-jack, literally 3 weeks after purchasing a vehicle on which I had not even made the 1st payment toward. I have just taken up insurance with Discovery Insure which was activated on the 18th /19th March 2015.

Faced with the trauma from the hi-jack incident, I proceed to deal with the claim which I submitted on the 14th April (the next day). Having submitted all the documents etc. by the 17th April, the consultant advised that the last step would be for management to look at claim and sign off. The week 20th - 24th April goes by with no progress from Discovery. It's into the 3rd week and I'm starting to become frustrated because no reason was being provided for the delay
