Be sure they don't ensure you are INSURED

Discovery Insure. SHAME ON YOU! I have been insured with you for 6 years. Never claimed...except in 2013 when you disputed to claim due to lack of maintenance to the roof. Small ceiling area. I spent R40000.00 on repairs and with the heaviest rains in history on 24 March 2018 in Kempton Park the roof leaked and damaged the same ceiling. This time you dispute the claim saying the debri from the palm tree caused the leak. Well you can keep your HOME & CAR insurance. And your MEDICAL AID. I spend a fortune with you guys on all my premiums every month. Now it's time to take ALL my business elsewhere. I will share my experience with everyone I know come across and advise them to use someone else. Fat load of good it does to have an insurance when you spend more money getting out of claims than you do paying them. This was an absolutely valid claim. I am disgusted and flabbergasted. One months premium will replace that ceiling board and patch up the paint...so really this is your loss...and probably in the long run my saving as I take my business elsewhere.
