Be carefull of Discovery telesales

Discovery phoned me a couple of months ago and offered a better price on my house and car insurance. The salesman just hammered on no excess for everything and I thought it was great. I took the insurance only to find out later many excesses are loaded to reduce the price. I did not cancel my previous insurance so I cancelled the discovery. I was once again contacted and I made it clear this time let me look through the policy before I make a decision. I was contacted after that and I informed the caller that I had not yet read the policy and they must not deduct any premiums. At the end of August they did just that obviously using my first policy bank details. So before I come to this site I send mails which are ignored - *** first *** second reference. Return my money and stop harassing me. I was spending over 5k per month without the insurance and I have already rduced that due to been sold I package I did not want. My own stupidity as well but not again.
