Be Careful: Written off car they don't refund premiums

I had insured my car with them for 7 years. I would like to warn pple regarding Discovery insure. They are not trustworthy. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and still they did not want to pay out my premiums after my car was written off. I had to call them 5 times and explain my whole situation everytime. They know about taking your premiums but have no decency when they have to refund you. When my car was written off I needed to get a new car but when the new car deal fell through and I insured another car, they did not want to believe me that the previous deal fell through even though I insured a different car. As if I had the money to buy two cars. They wanted to charge me for a car that I did not take possession of because the deal fell through. I cancelled my insurance because they did not want to refund the money due to me. I already went through trauma of the accident and with them being so malicious and not refunding me premiums due to me because my car was written off.
