Be careful if you insure with Discovery assuming over 65 may get premiums back. I have had to fight and nothing gets resolved!

I have complained before on Hellopeter and kept on getting nice messages from Discovery saying they were sorting it out, but nothing has happened. I am starting another thread because I hope this one might be a little more successful. The issue is they advertised if your over 65 and do certain mileage and have certain ratings that you will get half your premiums back. I turned 65 in 2022 but was told I was too young, then last year I inquired and they said I was eligible. I had to complete certain information which I did and as far as I know I am eligible because they said they were sending to finance for finalisation. That was many months ago. I am left wondering if Discovery is ever going to resolve this issue. If I am not eligible they should tell me but everything I get back says they are working on it!!! Is this fair since I took the insurance thinking I could get the money back?
