Be careful before joining Discovery Insure

Just a heads-up if you are thinking of joining Discovery Insure. The sign up is quite easy and smooth. When you have an issue, the staff will simply send you their famous copy and paste responses without actually reading and comprehending your individual issue. You can even submit screen shots as much as you like to demonstrate your issue and that would simply be ignored (incompetence). If you complain on this platform you will get the same run around as above. Some uniformed individuals will phone you and ask you to switch off your phone and uninstall apps until you are blue --- ignoring previously provided evidence. Driving around like a grandpa everyday in order to collect rewards is simply not worth it and I have only been a customer for three months. I'm giving up!
