Be aware of the information they give you!
After just one month with them I’m ready to find another company to insure my vehicle with. The people within the company doesn’t even know how their own ‘tracking devices’ work , continue to give me wrong information at my expense and now that I found out that I was **** to the whole way into this, they tell me that it can only be rectified in more than a month from now.
The premiums are way too high and certainly not worth the inconsistent information. So glad I didn’t need to claim from them as I fear everything I was told when signing Up was all lies! So disappointed. Be careful!!

02 Jul 2022, 13:03Once again having the same issue with discovery insure. Since they resolved my issue, things were going smoothly ( I had no claims though). My husband got a news vehicle so i called discovery for a quote and they advised that my car be moved onto his policy as this will also assist with premium being lowered. I told them I want the standalone tracking device and the sales man assured me everything will be as is on my car already- they just adding both cars to a new policy under hubby’s name. Low and behold- I find out a month later I was **** to. Even though I was obviously more aware from my last experience and asked all the questions beforehand. Disappointed!!
