Battery drain due to discovery insure tracking system

I am having serious issues with the smart phone enabled c tract system fitted by discovery The units keeps on draining my battery and discovery refuses to help They reluctant to send out a technician to fix it This is just utter pathetic service , as they not willing to help or understand my problem I cannot use my car for over a month and discovery refuses to understand and treat as urgent
