Battery Boost - Road Side Assistance
Car battery died, took a chance calling DiscInsure. Othembela Kebe took my call, he walked me through all road side services that are offered however not mentioned/noted in mainstream media nor contract. He kept me updated on the service agents movements, I did not have to call them at any point. Also gave me a follow up call to ensure all went smoothly.
Ps. Great service should receive the same “attention” bad service does. Ensure good service is also publicly spread.
