BAD SERVIES AND WRONG QUOTATIONS TO THE CLIENTS

Bad service , their consultant made me cancel my insurance **** about the cover amount .to my suprise the amount as way more than what i had expected now when i want to cancel my insurance 7 days later they say they will not refund me but they will take what they had covered me with while they **** and they are in the wrong . I should have not cancel my previous insurance if it wasn't for Discovery ... for the first time iv never had such an experience .. please dont cover with them ...
