Bad servicing and no feedback

Good day <br> <br> Discovery Insure and give the nothing but bad service , I had an accident late last year, and reported to discovery as the car was book in to a repairer who could not source parts and stood their for three weeks , With no feedback from discovery I had to investigate myself and push for parts to be delivered then you realise that the quote was wrong from discovery and the repairs are not complete and im still waiting for parts , Discovery staff do not respond to call , Emails nor do they return calls or make any attempt what's so ever to answer their phones , I am still await a call or some sort on feedback from Keneilwe Motlokwane or any member from discovery.
