Bad Services
I paid monthly for car hire option. I told them the time I took out the insurance, we staying in Northen Cape in rural Province and the nearest car hire is at least 400km away, how will this assist me. They promise where ever I will be stuck and in need of a car they will ensure a car will be available. No that I need that option they said they only rent the car but the delivery where car is needed is for my own expense and this is about R6000

12 Aug 2024, 13:10I had the past week several private conversations with Discovery on this subject, but its clear they lying to there clients. They could not show me in my contract where the 30km radius is and want to have al other plans to try assist me, but wont pay the delivery fee. And they know they wrong but management wont approve. To all client please read your policies and ask them in advance that you don't sit in this financial battle that have now.
