Bad service with Discovery Insure

<p>I had a accident in November and took my car to panelbeaters that Discovery recommended. The panelbeaters fixed the problem and made a damage which i reported immediately to Discovery. They took my vehicke to the actioneer yard where they keep the vehicles until sorted. The panelbeaters opened on the 5th January but till today my car is still there and nothing is being done by Discovery. I have been calling everyday for my car to be taken to the panelbeaters since the 5th January and till today my vehicle is still there. I have been calling everyday and hold for more than 20 minutes on each acall and promises of my car being taken back to the panelbeaters everyday have been the norm of the day but that is not evn happening. </p> <p> </p> <p>My case manager who is Boitumelo is never available to talk to me. Everytime i am told that she s=is on a call and will get back to me but till today no call from her or anyone from Discovery. I am the one who is calling on a daily basis but no favourable response from Discovery. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you tellme who to report bad service of an insurance company to?
