Bad service while on the side of the road

on the 31st Nov 2017 I needed road side assistance. My first call to the emergency line, I held for more than 20 minutes with no assistance. I then hung up and called again, I chose the accident option instead of normal roadside assistance option and I went through but I was unfortunately told that my policy with discovery is not active... to cut a long story short I was ultimately assisted after a good 45 minutes. That's only when they could take my query and dispatch assistance. I don't know what on earth was happening on the discovery insure side but I waited for a long time before I could get assistance, yet on a monthly basis I am paying a premium. Over and above the 45 minutes waited I had to wait the expected 45min to 60 min for the appointed service provider to arrive. This is pathetic service that i will not accept from a service provider that charges premium prices for their service.
