Bad Service & Unauthorized debits

I took car insurance with Discovery Insure in Feb and asked them to debit me in March to which they agreed based on the fact that I paid a massive deposit on my car however they decided to start debiting me from the very time and they kept on debit several times leaving me with a debt to my bank and since they have ignored my emails until I had to even change insurance to another Insurance company who treated me like a client unlike discovery insure who most of people are complaining anyway of them.
