Bad service rendered by discovery car insurance

Bad service rendered by discovery car insurance, i insured my car with them i then purchased a new car in march 2018 i requested the quote however it was too high ,i then cancelled the car that was insured with them i took a policy with auto and general,till today they never cancelled my policy and update my ITC even though the device for drive was removed as per their instructions immediately after i cancelled the insurance. I THOUGHT THEY ARE BETTER THAN ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES BUT BASED TO MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE NOT AT ALL THEY ARE *********** I WRITE REQUESTING THAT YOU UPDATE MY ITC THAT I CANCELLED MY POLICY WITH YOU IM NO LONGER INSURED WITH YOU ANYMORE.
