Bad Service received from Discovery Insure

I trust this email will be received by someone who will over see that the report is received to the relevant unit. August month my wife logged a call for accidental damage of a laptop. The the respond was quick and process to repair the laptop was communicated through out up until we received the laptop from the technician.

Two three days later when we start using the laptop we noticed that the keyboard was no longer functioning well as some key ads were not functioning properly and the battery was fast to be low and very slow when using it. We logged a call again reporting the issues and they came back to collect it again same month of August. We have logged call three times to find out the whereabouts of the laptop and it’s either someone will hang up or be promised to have the laptop tomorrow. Tuesday 12 October I called three times and someone hang up on me and my last attempt was 16:00 when I leave office. I spoke to a friendly gentleman whom he linked me with the technician that promised to give me a call in 30min regarding the matter. And I explained friendly without tight but desperate that if I can get the laptop today even if it’s late it’s fine I’ll be able to use it for my work purpose for that day. I got my first verbal warning as I did not submit what I have promised as I’m still waiting for the call since 12.10.2021

I feel like I was never taken serious by my insurer. Even if I have requested the laptop same day it’s over 4 weeks since the laptop is out for repair I think it’s within my right to request a replacement of the laptop as it has proven over a month that the laptop is now going to be in its normal working order. I will be waiting for your respond before taking another step.

Till today no feedback from discovery, No feedback from the Chatatech. i want my laptop and if they are unable to repair i need a new laptop please.
