bad service -poor explanations -time wasting

claim ref 935753<br> Bosch washing machine quote R1950 for repair at JD NEL services<br> <br> i lodged a claim with discovery insure and was told that i would need to provide a damage report ..i sent the damage report stating that a faulty part had caused the motor to sieze,, possibly a result of power load shedding / surges ? who would know anyway.<br> <br> this report is not suitable for my claim apparently , and the claim is rejected ....<br> <br> very dissapointed , and looking to change insureres if such a small logical claim is denied !!
