Bad service no feedback

<p>Three weeks ago a had a flood in my house. In the process some of my possessions got damaged. I registered a claim with Discovery Insure. The agent they sent was fresh out of school with no idea what he's doing. I receive no feedback and my emails to Sifiso remains unanswered. I tried to phone them three times but after 5 min listening to music I hang up. Not sure how to proceed from here </p>

I received a call from Sifiso today. He promised to send me an email with the way forward. It''s now 19:38 and I haven't received anything. This is unacceptable. When can I expect decent service?
