Bad service from Discovery insures

We have changed our insurance to discovery because of friends that motivate their service and after the consultant have received their commission they forget about you overall, I have emailed discovery to change banking details, and up to date no responds. I have a discovery life policy and they have added us on their site, but discovery insure have not even added us to their portal, with the discovery insure you receive a tracking module whereby this calculate your driving, both our modules tell us on the app that we have been bad drivers, speeding and other non-calculate trips but our data and Bluetooth are always connected, these things don't work. Hope someone read this review and could call me or respond to my emails that I have sent. Thank you,
