Bad service from Discovery Insure, Consultants never call back.

My name is Metuge and on the 20 May 2023 a client of discovery collided with my car because they did not stop at a stop sign. A claim was logged and i was given a 3rd party claim number. I submitted all documents on 09 June 2023. An automated email rep**** acknowledging receipt of my documents and Mathapelo Bokaba was allocated to assist me with the claim. The car was assessed a few days later and after that no one has ever contacted me about that claim. I am the only one who has been calling discovery to check on the claim progress. Mathapelo Bokaba has never called me back or even rep**** to any of my emails. Every time i call Discovery insure about the claim i am told by an employee of Discovery insure that Mathapelo Bokaba will call me back with updates and she has never called back till today. The few times I called and I managed to speak to her she had told me the claim has been sent to upper management for conclusion. I waited for over a month and nothing happened and I still did not get any reply from Discovery Insure Then on 12 July 2023 I called again and managed to speak to Mathapelo Bokaba and she told me I had submitted my documents under an incorrect claim number. Which i do not understand because for over 1 month every time i was assisted with that claim number.The car was even assessed using that claim number. Then just of a sudden it became a wrong claim number. So I was asked to submit my documents again using another claim number. Which I did on the 12 of July 2023 This is 3 months after and still no one from Discovery Insure has ever called me back. No information on the progress of the claim. I have been the only one calling Discovery Insure and the keep telling Mathapelo Bokaba will call me back and she has never called back or reply to my emails. Isn’t it fair that Discovery insure give me a closure on this so I can move on with my life? It is very stressful and costing me more as I have no car and I still need to pay for the storage of my car. I will just like to have closure on this so i can move on with my life.
