Bad Service from Discovery Insure Claims Team

The claims team was so unprofessional and very bad on communicating. I had to do my own follow up with my claim and even when I sent several emails with regards to my claim and never got any response and had to follow up with them and they would put me on hold for a very long time and when I hang up the call they wouldn’t even bother to call me back. This is not the Discovery that I know. Never had I imagined myself considering changing Discovery as my preferred service provider for anything. Bad service am so disappointed. 😡
