Bad service from Discovery Insure

I lodged a claim last week Thursday regarding load shedding damage to my electrical system of my house. Up to date no one has come back to me and half of my house is without electricity. I sent a mail to their complaints department and that was not answered as well When I try to call and find out the progress of my claim am I placed on hold for a very long time and eventually after 30 minutes I gave up.
