Bad Service from Discovery Insure.

Aubrey Mo***eng has been helping me with my claim, which he has done brilliantly for the actual repairs of the car. What baffles me, is my claim for my ****** goods in the car, while parked at Auction Nation, a storage facility of Discovery Insure's. I have called more than 3 times, e-mailed 3 times with no feedback, all I get is promises for feedback. This is the first time I have received such appalling service from Discovery Insure.
