Bad Service from Discovery Insure

Requesting a removal of an item from my insurance is met with call after call to the Discovery Insurance Call Centre. After 15 days still the item has not been removed and I have been billed again. Do not use Discovery Insure as they will easily take money but seldom assist when an item has to be removed which means less money for them. Be aware do Not use Discovery Insure.
