Bad service from Discovery Insure

On 19 December 2024 I wrote a review on hellopeter about my bad experience with Discovery Insure. My car was ****** and later recovered and the police stamped SAPVIN numbers on my car because the ******* tampered with my vehicles original VIN numbers. In my review I explained in detail the loss in value and all the other problems I will experience with a vehicle stamped with SAPVIN numbers as well as the unfair way Discovery Insure wants to settle the claim. Discovery Insure rep**** the same day with the message below and up to now no further communication from them ! This type of service is not what you expect from a big corporate company like Discovery Insure.
