Bad service from Discovery Insure

Discovery was supposed to s**** my vehicle which was ****** and recovered in pieces this past January. Ever since then I can't get lla licence disc for my new vehicle even though I gave them all the paperwork for the ****** vehicle. Week in week out I call and send emails for a follow up instead I get so-called claims specialist such as Thabiso Modibedi who flatly refused to let me talk to the supervisor and pretended to call him for me. Discovery's service standards has dropped of late and they are just like a government service now.
