Bad service from Discovery Insure

<p>I waited 25 mins on my cell phone for someone to attend to my concerns and they claims person who.i was dealing just drops my call after putting me on hold for 25mins.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was involved in an accident and my claim was approved for my car to be repaired . Upon receiving my car back I notice that not all the damages was repaired as the assessor for discovery did not take note of it. The repaired tried numerous to get discovery to authorise yet nothing is done.</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse they have used inferior parts on my car and now this is giving endless difficulties .</p> <p>Discovery justify the premium increases stating parts are expenses etc. Yet the parts used are off low standards. I feel that using this parts will cause more harm to me driving the vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will now go to the short term insurance obudman to resolve this. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
