Bad service from Discovery

Discovery not happy with your service

I have been trying to get my refund from Discovery Insure for the past 6 months and when ever I do a follow up on my query I am advised that I need to wait 5 days and nothing is ever done. I am really disappointed by the Discovery Insure services.
