bad service from complaints dept

my wife had an accident sometime end of October and the car was a write off. The claim was processed and i was later on told my insurance had been cancelled and they gave their reasons and i objected with evidence . i submitted several emails to complaints and underwriting dept and i got automated responses that i would be contacted within 24hrs to resolve my issue. i have made more than 6 follow ups on email and more that 8 or so calls and no one have since gotten back to me. its been over 2 and a half months now. The service is disgusting .
