BAD SERVICE FOR INSURANCE COMPANY

I decided to go with Discovery Insure as they seem like a very good and reliable insurance company. <br> <br> I insured everything with them, now that my camera's external flash is not working anymore, now they reject the claim, because apparently according to their experts it's because of high voltage (it works with batteries), or old age (2 years old) or some stupid excuse for a reason that he gave me that I cant even remember. <br> <br> How on earth does this insurance company want people to trust them with cars and househould items, if they reject such a small little thing to start of with. I took this insurance out to make they covered everything that I will need.<br> <br> I am so disappointed in the service I got so far from Discovery, that I am considering taking on another insurance company that provide a good service to their clients.<br> <br> This is absolutely not acceptable.
