Bad service

Discovery insure has the worst legal liabilities department ive ever seen. The people working there has terrible communication skills. Im busy with a claim and its been 2 month since ive heard from the advisor doing my case . Everytime i try to call her shes always booked off or on another call. then they tell me they will leave her a message to call me back because no one else can asssist me, but he never calls mr back and ive been trying to call her for 2 months. this is not the way to treat customers!
