Bad service

13th Nov 2020 my car was bumped by a truck driver, I send AlbertC3 an email and as always so professional, he phoned me and transferred me to a claims consultant by name of Silindile Mkhwa****. From the beginning of our conversation I could tell that she was not interested in assisting me by the tone of her voice. I gave her all the details including the number plate of the person who bumped me. The feedback I received from Silindile was very cold and I send an email for her to call me back, todate I have not heard from her. Silindile Mkhwa**** should learn to sympathise, have patience, listen and be willing to assist. I almost cancelled the discovery insure, however AlbertC3, Innocent Jali and Jessica Ndlovu have restored my faith and retained me as a customer. Terrible service Silindile
