Bad service

I wrote a complaint about discovery insurance 9?days ago, we had a burglary on 23 September, last Monday they mailed me that I would have feedback within 72 hours, guess what none zero nothing no reply. I don’t know what to do where is there head office I have no choice but to go there and make a noise. Absolutely shocking, this hello Peter didn’t help 9 days ago
