Bad Service

Bad service. I submitted a claim almost 3 weeks ago after they broke into my house they stole two TVs, PlayStation4, Sound Bar, Microwave and some of my clothes. they approved everything except the one tv. I've send emails numerous times and the lady in charge for my claim only rep**** twice. I've contacted the call centre requesting the lady that is dealing with the claim to contact me. she didn't contact me. I than called the Call Center again requesting to speak to the team leader I was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that she is on the call.

I have always spoken highly of Discovery Insure. I am extremely disappointed.

Its really frustrating
