Bad service

I have been with Discovery insure for years now. I contacted them via email as I needed to add a 2nd car to my insurance. I got a call in Friday after work from a very *********** lady who requested that I send them another email or call them back. And all of this after I have sent numerous emails already.

Should I rather go to another company for insurance?
