Bad service

I still haven't received my updated document. The consultant spelt the address incorrectly and I requested that to be changed but still not changed. The start date is incorrect. I'm not sure that this guy knows what he is doing.

The guy who signed me up said that I don’t have an excess fee unless I’m the cause of the damage now the agent and Client Care is telling me a different story. I’ve requested for a recording still nothing. I’ve sent emails but still nothing.
