Phoned 1 Oct for assistance was informed that I will be called back, Phoned again 4 October 2024 again was informed will receive a call back with in an hour no callback, phoned again 7 October 2024 same story we will call you back - Still no callback 8 October 2024 phoned again - On hold for the last 20min - on of our skilled consultants will take you call shortly (Skilled can not even phone me back as from 1 October 2024 what sill is this? to ignore the customer
