Bad Service Discovery Insure

Discovery Insure is the department at fault here. They are quick to contact you when they want to do the sale but when they don't send you all the information and ignore a clients requests that is not good. A lot was promised from Discovery insure but nothing confirmed in writing, confirmed telephonically but never in writing. I have been trying to make sure that the policy activated is cancelled but … No joy
