BAD SERVICE

My vehicle was written off and the insurance did not send an extension on the rental vehicle to the rental company while I was waiting for the payout to buy a new vehicle. The payout was recived over the Easter weekend and now the rental company is threatening me with legal action. I have contacted Discovery several times amd still nothing has been done.
