Bad service

Worst service I was involved in a car accident last week Tuesday. The third party hit me from behind. Wednesday I received an sms from discovery stating my car was in Sandton booked for an assessment. From Wednesday up until yesterday when I decided to call and enquiry, I found out that discovery do not know where my vehicle is. The assessment was cancelled without mu knowledge. I spent more than 3 hours on the phone but no body could explain where my car is. The consultant they assigned to me did not inform me or contact me. If I didn’t call myself to get feedback on the progress of the repairs I would not have known about my missing car. At this moment my car is still missing with no feedback or communication from Discovery
