Bad Service

Lodged a claim and my vehicle was fixed for an accident that took place on 17 January 2022 but the third party vehicle was liable for damages caused is still not fixed to date as the person allocated to assist, Mathapelo Bokaba is not assisting and we constantly has to make follow ups with her and if she responds there is not much effort shown in closing the claim. I have since cancelled my cover with Discovery Insure. If this is not fixed by end of this month I will also cancel the cover that I took for my cousin as well.
