Bad service, Claims not honoured

I would never recommend anyone to sign up with this insurance company. They are unprofessional and no customer service at all. First, I still have a pending case with them that is sitting with Oumbusman since last year after a claim that they refuse to honor even after enough evidence that accurate information was provided. Then I thought the proble is the broker so I requested to move my account to them and manage it personally. 2 weeks back I’ve logged a claim, claim number *** and only to learn that I’ve got 2 profiles now created on my name. One is on my name and the other one on my wife’s name. Why 2 profiles only them can explain it. The only thing I did was to call them after I’ve relocated to update my details. But I started to see debit order duplicates. I called and it was not rectified. I emailed their customer service and there was no response. Now it’s 2 weeks after I logged a claim and there’s no feedback nor responses when I try to reach out to get progress on my claim. They’ve assigned my case to Tshepo Kekana who is forever not available whether is via email nor telephone. Then Sandile Mhlanga called promised to escalate the matter to managers and I was exited that at least they will call me but now it’s 7 days since still no one contacted me.
