BAD SERVICE - CLAIM NUMBER ***

My daughter had an accident on 14 December 2016. I registerred the claim with Discovery insure on 15 December 2016 and completed all the relevant documentation they required. I also supp**** them with the police accident report as well as the case number and pictures of the accident scene. I then contacted the consultant telephonically and we agreed on an approved repairer that did not close over the festive period which is convenient for me. On my return from my holiday destination on 27 December 2016, I visited the agreed repaired to see what progress was made on the repairs just to find out that the vehicle is not with them. From the 27 December 2016 I made calls daily to Discovery insure in order to establish the whereabout of my daughter's vehicle. I was then told that the vehicle was towed from the insurance yard to another repairer. Up until today I have not been notified on whose authority this was done, and I am also in receipt of an email from Discovery stating that the vehicle should not have gone to the latter repairer. There have been an exchange of a number of emails to have the vehicle release from the wrong repairer, but to my dismay this morning to find out that the vehicle have not been released to the correct repairer. This is almost a month now. How difficult can it be to get a release letter issued, but instead blame is shifted between various parties within Discovery.

Thank you

Leon
