Bad service
I had an accident on the 19/05/2022 and to date my vehicle which was written off and my jewellery that was lost has not been paid for.Instead I get intermittent phone calls from random people asking for the same documents that I had submitted previously. The sheer incompetence and non caring attitude of the people I had to deal with is frustrating to say the least .

08 Aug 2022, 16:10I had initially thought your reply was well meaning and Andre sent m a document to sign last week which I promptly did . Today I received a message from Andre that an amount was deposited into my bank account but to my horror the amount is less R75 000 . Instead there is now more obfuscation and unreturned phone and kicking the can to the kerb . No one wants to explain what is is happening and to think that I actually entertained retaining Discovery insure to cover my new car ( which my husband bought ) 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 . I have not heard anything on my jewellery claim . No one has contacted about where or who is handling my claim. I signed a document reflecting a certain amount and I get paid a certain amount . Please provide me with a reference number and bank account to return the money you deposited into my bank account lest lie is later deemed as tacit acceptance because I intend instructing my attorney as early as Possible.
