BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

The service, was hell for my experience I will not lie, with everything that transpired with discovery being know to be one of the high rated company I was disappointed at the treatment I received right after so much communication on which I had to do on my end using my time my resources and loosing a stock of my farm spinach and watermelon Worth over 80000 rands, I am grateful and thankful that ombudsman came in to assist me with my issue and eventually discovery called back with an apology,

I’m giving this a 5star mainly because of the last conversation I had with the last consultant (Sandile Mhlanga) who did not only try to convince me to continue to stay but because of how he took me through and made me understand why and how everything transpired and admitting that the fault is with the lack of training their stuff numbers .. I think if I had maybe dealt with the same gentleman when this whole incident occurred maybe things would have worked out differently, I strictly feel the company need to strongly get more professionally trained constants like Sandile who is professional, otherwise I’m moving on ,
